Terms of Use
StepFrame is distributed through Apple’s App Store and uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Agreement
By downloading or using StepFrame, you agree to the Apple Standard EULA available at Apple Standard EULA and these supplemental terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of photos and other content you create. When you choose to share content publicly, you grant StepFrame a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You can end this license for a post by deleting it, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention periods.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines, applicable laws, and the rights of others. Do not interfere with walk verification, service security, moderation, or other users’ access. StepFrame may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
Health and safety
StepFrame is a lifestyle and photo-journaling app, not a medical or emergency service. Movement and energy estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. Pay attention to your surroundings, follow local traffic and access rules, and do not use the camera while doing so would be unsafe.
Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or end. Features can depend on device capabilities, permissions, internet access, and third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
